Donnalou is a small home kennnel specialized in boxers, located in Saitama, Japan. We are enjoying breeding and exhibiting, and aiming the creation of attractive boxers. My adoration and interests in this breed seems to be endless and unlimited since I have first acquired a long-awaited male show boxer in 1988. His sense of love and humor, reliability and intelligence completely fascinated me.At that time, in my teen’s, breeding or even owning 2 or more boxers were only a dream, but thinking that trying to understand this breed will straightly link to the firm vision of myself and will make it possible to pursue my own ideals, I studied hard about this breed and dogs and engaged to the scene.
In after years, the preparation has been completed, and a well-examined foundation bitch has entered Donnalou Boxers. Watching the growth carefully and planning the breeding methodically, the creation of a promising homebred dog has become true. High reputation in recent showing should be an evidence to reconfirm our success in breeding.
As boxers are included in the 7 breeds identified as police dogs in Japan, they are superior in obedience, athletic ability and intelligence. As you may know, they are brilliant working dogs, but the main reason why they are endeared by so large a group of individuals is their capability to be a family dog and an attractive companion.We think that the quality to be a partner is a must for all boxers, even if he or she is a show dog or a pet. We are making our best efforts to create both mentally and physically healthy boxers, as well as putting much faith in temperament and character.
Our main purpose of the breeding is showing, and we are not a pet shop, therefore, our intervals of the breeding are not frequent, however, we are precisely choosing the line, individual and high quality foundation bitch to make the best mating. To bring out the innate potential, we think that good environment and loving care are necessary and we are spending our time and best efforts every day.
Up to the present date, strong assistance from many people has been extremely helpful.
